The native Bulgarian, born in Plovdiv – the second biggest city in Bulgaria and the most ancient in Europe, moves with his family to Norway. He spends 30 years of his life in the Scandinavian country, gathering experience in international project management and business relations.

Victor Soultanov has over 10 years of experience in international business and project management, as well as profound market and customer knowledge with focus Norway/Scandinavia. He has a Masters degree in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from Norwegian Business School and University of California Berkeley with exchange and additional leadership courses.
His strengths are leadership, innovation and entrepreneurship. Victor persuades with his flexible and proactive, multinational business experience in combination with 5 languages – both written and spoken.
Except Victor’s engineering and project expertise, his clients find extremely useful his additional knowledge in process planning and management, following the latest trends and of course the clients needs. They do not miss the overall branding and design of the final result.
